Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or my services.
Services
I provide AI and automation consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Power Hour consultations
- Contract development projects
- Ongoing advisory services
- Custom tool and automation development
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon before work begins and documented in separate project agreements.
Power Hour Sessions
Booking: Sessions are booked via the calendar link provided. Payment is due at time of booking.
Cancellation: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. No-shows without notice are non-refundable.
Refunds: If you're not satisfied with the session, contact me within 48 hours to discuss.
Project Work
For contract projects, specific terms including scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed in writing before work begins. These project-specific agreements take precedence over these general terms.
Unless otherwise specified, you own the intellectual property of any custom work created specifically for your project.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, and code examples, is my intellectual property unless otherwise noted.
Portfolio items displayed represent work completed for various clients and are shown with permission or as demonstrations of capabilities.
Limitation of Liability
While I strive to provide accurate information and quality services, I cannot guarantee specific results. Consulting advice is provided based on information available at the time and my professional judgement. Implementation of any recommendations is at your own discretion and risk.
Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared during consultations or projects will be kept private unless you give explicit permission to share. I may discuss general concepts or approaches from our work without revealing identifying details.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, then mediation if necessary.
Changes to Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
