I spent twenty-five years reading rooms for a living. As a wedding DJ and MC, my job was to watch 300 people simultaneously, anticipate what was about to happen, and adjust before anyone noticed. Over 2,500 events, you develop a particular kind of pattern recognition.

That same skill, reading complex systems and figuring out where the friction is, applies directly to how small businesses work. I build workflow automations, AI-assisted tools, and practical systems that take the repetitive work off people's desks. Not theoretical possibilities. Things that run, that save measurable time, that you can see working on Monday morning.

Since March 2025, I've been building with AI every single day across every major platform. The industry calls it vibe coding: describing what you want in plain English, then working with AI to produce it. The skill isn't typing code. It's knowing what to build, describing it with precision, and making good decisions when things go sideways.
